Competitive salaries
Joining salaries are based on individual skills and experience. We operate a performance management system with an annual performance appraisal, which we use to reward individuals based on their performance.
Bonus
Individual performance, as well as overall company performance, may be rewarded by joining our discretionary annual incentive scheme, which can reward individuals in addition to their base salary.
Pensions
We operate a number of options for pension contribution by both the individual and the company.
Hours of work
Our office hours are 35 per week, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. We also employ part-time staff and consultants on a flexible basis, allowing them to work in the office or from home.
Annual leave
We offer a minimum entry level of 25 days holiday per year, which increases depending on seniority.
