Gerry Grimstone, ChairmanGerry is Chairman of Standard Life. He is also an Independent Non-Executive of Deloitte LLP and the Lead Non-Executive of the Defence Board of the Ministry of Defence. Previously, he held senior positions within the Department of Health and Social Security and HM Treasury until 1986. He then spent 13 years with Schroders in London, Hong Kong and New York, and was Vice Chairman of Schroders' worldwide investment banking activities from 1998 to 1999. |

Chris Cummings, Chief ExecutiveChris has been TheCityUK’s Chief Executive since September 2010. Prior to this he held senior positions in financial services firms, in consulting and ran AIFA. He advises Treasury on financial services and is a regular columnist, commentator and speaker on financial and regulatory issues, is a Visiting Professor at the University of Glamorgan and has written two books on financial regulation. |

Howard Miller, Director of Policy and Public AffairsHoward has over 15 years’ experience in financial services in senior management roles at London Stock Exchange Group, Credit Suisse, and most recently TheCityUK. At the LSE, Howard had a variety of roles through a very dynamic period for the organisation and industry. He has experience in communications and lobbying, public and regulatory policy, as well as research, business development and strategy. |

Wayne Evans, Director of International StrategyWayne has been our Director of International Strategy since June 2010. Prior to this, he was Director International at International Financial Services London (IFSL), an organisation with 40 years’ experience of promoting UK-based financial services. Wayne joined IFSL from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office where his career included work on Trade Promotion, Economic and Political policy. |

Dan Torjussen-Proctor, Commercial DirectorDan joined TheCityUK in April 2013 as Commercial Director. Prior to this Dan held a number of senior business development roles in private and third sector organisations across publishing, consultancy and education. Most recently Dan was a Board Director at the National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF) with responsibility for all the commercial activity of the Association. Dan has a wealth of experience in sales, key account management and proposition development. |

Juliet Carey, Director of PR & MarketingJuliet joined TheCityUK in March 2013 as Director of PR & Marketing. Juliet has over 20 years’ experience in public relations and marketing, specialising in financial and professional services. Previously, Juliet was Head of Financial Services at Weber Shandwick where she advised corporate, institutional, professional and retail financial clients on strategic communications, brand building and corporate reputation management. Juliet is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. |

Marcus Scott, Chief Financial Officer (Interim Chief Operating Officer)Marcus has over 10 years' experience as Chief Financial Officer of a number of technology companies, developing start-ups and high growth businesses. At TheCityUK Marcus has worked on strategy development and governance as well as the NGV programme based on TheCityUK's Next Generation Vision. Prior to working with TheCityUK he was CFO of AIM listed cleantech company ITM Power and Cambridge based antenna company Antenova. Marcus trained as a Chartered Account and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. |

works in Marketing and Communications at TheCityUK, and has been heavily involved in
developing the vision into a finished product.
