TheCityUK’s Key Stakeholder Roundtable Series brings leaders of consumer bodies, trade unions and civil society organisations together with senior industry representatives in a private setting, under the Chatham House Rule. The emphasis of these sessions is discussing the role of financial services in society.

Chaired by Sir Win Bischoff, Chair, TheCityUK Advisory Council, this roundtable discussion with consumer representatives will provide an opportunity to consider consumer issues in the financial and professional services sector, including how the industry can work more effectively with consumer bodies. Consumer representatives include: Christine Farnish, Chair, Consumer Focus; Matthew Fell, Director for Competitive Markets, CBI; Baroness Hayter, former Chair, Legal Services Consumer Panel; Adam Phillips, Chair, Financial Services Consumer Panel.
