TheCityUK has brought together successful young employees from across the financial and related professional services industry to create a vision of what the sector can be in 10 to 15 years. The group took into account the major political, economic, social and technological issues that will face us in the future and created a vision that aims, 'to harness the UK financial services industry, and the talent within it, to society’s interest – so that every individual, every business and the nation as a whole can prosper.' Our keynote speaker will be Adam Elman, Head of Delivery - Plan A and Sustainability, at Marks and Spencer. Adam will talk about M&S's groundbreaking eco/ethical plan, and what lessons the financial and professional services industry might learn about driving sustainability.
