Charter commitments

As part of our ongoing commitment to the Women in Finance Charter, we have continued to exceed our target of having minimum 40% female representation across our Leadership Team, which comprises 15 people from our Executive Committee and Senior Management Group. In our 2025 submission, we have reported a female:male ratio across the team of 53%:47% (as of 31 March 2025).
