UK-French Financial Services Dialogue

The UK-French Dialogue is run jointly by the City of London Corporation and Paris Europlace and is co-chaired by Sharon Lewis (Hogan Lovells), and Vivien Levy Garboua (EM Finance, Sciences Po). The aim of this high-level group is to exchange views and come to a common understanding on key financial services issues affecting UK and French financial services industries. The Dialogue also seeks to identify opportunities to engage collaboratively with policymakers to help shape the regulatory framework at the EU and international levels.

The remit of the group is broad and cross-sectoral. Issues on which the Dialogue has recently engaged relate to European capital markets, international regulatory coherence, prudential regulation, Green Finance and FinTech.
