Our International Women’s Day in conversation event with Anna Anthony, Managing Partner, Financial Services at EY UK will discuss gender equality in financial services.

At the event Anna will present the latest findings from EY’s European Financial Services Boardroom Monitor, which compares the diversity, skills and expertise of European Financial Services boards. The most recent report revealed that female appointments to UK financial services boardrooms fell in 2023. We will also discuss the progress made, and yet to be made, on greater gender equality in senior executive positions in our industry.

Anna is a leading advocate for ensuring our industry is a force for social good, and of creating cultures of equality and belonging. She is the first female financial services leader for EY in the UK. In this role she works closely with the corporate social responsibility team and plays a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s sustainability agenda.
