TheCityUK DE&I Exchange virtual roundtable with Alison Kay, Co-author of the Female FTSE Board Report 2021 report

Join us to hear Alison explain the findings of the Female FTSE Board Report 2021.

EY’s research with Cranfield University found an alarming lack of women in executive roles despite FTSE 350 improving boardroom gender diversity. Whilst FTSE businesses are increasingly hitting targets for female representation, as Alison points out to achieve true gender parity, power and influence need to be distributed evenly. This means companies need to make tough decisions to push further reform.

Join us to hear Alison explain the findings of the Female FTSE Board Report 2021 and how companies can work towards accelerating the appointment of senior women to significant management roles. A Q&A discussion will follow.
