TheCityUK North West Roundtable with Cllr Bev Craig, Leader of Manchester City Council

This is an opportunity for members to discuss Cllr Craig’s views on the role of financial and related professional services in driving greater growth from her perspective as Leader of Manchester City Council. Discussion will focus on how local leaders and the industry can partner to create sustainable and inclusive economic growth that makes an impact in the hardest to reach communities.

Cllr Bev Craig is the Labour councillor and Leader of Manchester City Council and is the Greater Manchester Combined Authority's portfolio lead for Economy, Business, and Inclusive Growth. Before being elected as a councillor, she held a range of jobs across local government, higher education and working for the trade union UNISON.
